It seems the release date has been moved for the Top Japan M4A1 Shell Ejecting AEG perhaps due to  encountered problems in production. Originally expected to be available in Japan in October 2010, the new release period may be March 2011 and Echigoya is taking pre-orders with pricing announced for the following items to make the whole thing work:
